Terms & Conditions:

Session Handouts

Session handouts will be distributed online and not provided onsite. A link to the conference proceedings will be sent to all paid registrants on or before Monday, April 2. Please print or access the proceedings through the Conference Mobile App for the sessions you plan to attend. Hard copies will not be provided onsite.

Registration Discounts

  • Recent Graduate
    Members who graduated from a PT or PTA program from March 2017 - March 2018 are eligible for a $50 discount. Use the Discount Code: NEWGRAD18
  • Post-Doctorate Specialty Program
    Members who are enrolled in an APTA credentialed specialty program as a post-doctorate student are eligible for a 70% discount (off the PT Member rate). Use the Discount Code: POSTDoc2018

Student Volunteers

ATTENTION STUDENTS: The volunteer registration is incorporated into the conference registration form. You must work at least 4 hours in order to receive $80 off your student registration rate. If you are interested in volunteering during the event, please select an available timeframe during your online registration. Look to receive the discount code when selecting your volunteer hours. Then enter the discount code to receive the instant discount.  

Please only select days/times that you are available for work as you will automatically be scheduled for your chosen time(s). If you do not arrive at the event registration desk at your specified time to begin your volunteer assignment, then you will be invoiced for the registration dollar amount that you would have paid at your time of registration.

Volunteer opportunities are limited, please only select one volunteer time slot option. Once a time slot is sold out, it will not be available for selection. Because of this, please contact us immediately if you are unable to fulfill your volunteer duties so that we can make the time slot open to others.

Registration Fees

Early Bird, Advance & Regular Registration includes admittance to all educational sessions, Focused Interest Network meetings, Business Meeting, breakfast, lunch, breaks, and exhibitor visits.

Member Early Bird Weekend Registration includes admittance for PTAG PT/PTA Members to all Saturday & Sunday educational sessions, Focused Interest Network meetings, Business Meeting, conference provided meals and exhibitor visits.

Member Student SATURDAY ONLY Registration includes admittance for PTAG Student Members to Saturday educational sessions, Saturday Focused Interest Network meetings, Business Meeting, all Saturday conference provided meals and exhibitor visits. 

Early Bird, Advance & Regular Registration Deadlines

Early Bird Rate Deadline:
Registrations must be received by 11:59pm ET Tuesday, February 13, 2018  to take advantage of the Early Bird Registration rate.

Advance Rate Deadline:
Registrations received between Wed., Feb. 14, 2018 and 11:59pm ET on Wed., March 21, 2018 are eligible for the Advance Registration rate.

Regular Rate Deadline:
Registrations received on Thurs., March 22, 2018 and after will receive the Regular Registration rate.

Online registration closes at 11:59pm ET on Monday, March 26, 2018, after this date all registrations must be completed onsite.

Onsite Registrations

Onsite registration is limited. There is not a guarantee of availability of seats to those registering onsite.

Please note, special meal requests will not be honored during onsite registration; be sure to register by March 21, 2018 to ensure special meal requests.  

CCHs (Continuing Competency Hours)

EARN UP TO 18 CCHs. Continuing Competency Hours certificates will be awarded to paid registrants after the event via email provided that the attendee has signed in and out of each session for which he/she was present for the entire session. No partial credit certificates are able to be awarded.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email by Wed, March 21, 2018 in order to receive an 80% refund of paid fee. Refunds will not be made for cancellations received after this date.

ADA Compliance

In compliance with the American Disabilities Act of 1990, PTAG will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate persons with disabilities at the meeting.

Office Closed

The PTAG Executive Office will be closed Wednesday, April 4 - Monday, April 9. The office will reopen on Tuesday, April 10.

A $40 donation to GA PT PAC gives you a wristband good for discounts at some of Athens local bars. The excursion will start at Trappeze Pub, then Sister Louisa's Church, Fuzzy's, Woodford and ending the night at SandBar!
