NOTE: PTAG approval of a course does not guarantee acceptance by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy for continuing education credits required for relicensure. See Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy Rule 490-4-.02 and  Policy #7.

Change in policy regarding requests for CEU Renewals
Beginning September 1, 2010, CEU providers wanting to renew a course will be required to submit the CEU application with the appropriate documents and required fee.  PTAG can no longer auto-renew courses with a letter of request.  If you have any questions regarding this process, please contact the Executive Office.
