MissionThe mission of PTAG is to promote the profession of physical therapy with excellence, integrity, and collaboration to serve and advocate for the health and wellness of the people of Georgia.
PTAG Leadership - Ready to Serve
The Physical Therapy Association of Georgia is made of a Board of Directors each with a specific role to the state chapter. These positions are elected in designated election years. The PTAG leadership for 2019-2020 are as follows:

PTAG works tirelessly to advocate for legislation that works to meet our mission. Recent legislative advances such as modernization of the Georgia Physical Therapy practice act and Georgia joining the Physical Therapy Compact are a few examples how PTAG’s advocacy efforts benefit public health and physical therapy professionals.
Payment and Policy
